Fadnavis Says Gamble Is Necessary In Politics
Fadnavis criticized the Shiv Sena for breaking its alliance with the BJP.
Devendra Fadnavis, the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, has disclosed that the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is open to forming a government in alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the state. Fadnavis claimed that NCP leader Ajit Pawar informed him that the majority of NCP MLAs preferred a partnership with the BJP, as a coalition with the Congress was not feasible.
Fadnavis also criticized the Shiv Sena for breaking its alliance with the BJP after the Maharashtra Assembly elections, calling it a betrayal. While some may view this as a political gamble, Fadnavis believes that such a move is necessary in politics.
